The hotel is located right on a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water, offering a silent and beautiful atmosphere to relax. Despite issues with noise from nearby clubs and a strict dress code, the hotel deserves a 5-star rating for its overall experience.
The hotel felt more like a 3-star establishment than a 5-star one. The rooms were spacious, but there was room for improvement. The service, excluding the buggy drivers, was a mix of cheerily professional and nervously inexperienced staff, with a standout friendly manager named Diana.
The hotel had a convenient location, but the rooms were in need of renovation and on a high floor accessible only by a small underpass. The cleaning was not up to par as there were visible balls of dirt rolling around. However, the staff, especially Rado, provided a great service despite some rudeness from others. The dining experience lacked variety and a relaxing ambience. The facilities were somewhat lacking as well, but measures were taken to maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
